During our interactions, he was not pushing for us to come into the dealership if it wasn't the right time. This may be counter to the Car Sales 101 textbook - based on my experience purchasing from multiple dealerships in multiple states with homogenous outcomes - but it is what works to gain our business in a scrupulous way in addition to earning referrals which I am delated to pass along to Manny and Mazda of Gladstone. The entire process was quite easy once arriving at the dealership on Saturday morning. Sure, we were there for a couple of hours but it wasn't because the actual car purchase and paperwork was protracted, it was that Manny took us on a long test drive with the specific VIN we chose and took the time - after finishing with the finance department - to educate us on all the features available, even pairing both of our phones to the Bluetooth system. I would highly recommend going to Mazda of Gladstone. If you are shopping around, make sure to speak with them before you go see someone else because they will gladly do what they can to meet your needs.
