Still undecided on which vehicle to buy, Took my 86 year old mother to test drive a cx3. The internet salesman Manny Vargas was outstanding. He treated my mother with dignity and respect. He was careful to find out what she was looking for in a car and what she wanted. He had her sit in the vehicle first and learn about all the controls. She ended up test driving the cx3 and the cx5. There were pro's and con's to each vehicle. My mother has still not decided what vehicle she wants ;while they encouraged her to choose, they never pressured her. Even though we have not made a final decision on what vehicle my mother will choose, I highly recommend Manny Vargas and Gladstone Mazda. It was a very good experience in car buying. One dark rainy night in April My partner has been struck with "the bug" for about a month. With each day that has gone by, the bite got a little worse. Finally, last night, she c My partner has been struck with "the bug" for about a month. With each day that has gone by, the bite got a little worse. Finally, last night, she called and said, I've gotten quotes and I want to go to Gladstone Mazda after work. WOW, this meant many things lol.....feed the dogs, the cat, gather the paperwork for the Mazda 3 she just bought 18 months ago (just in case she would decide to trade it in), get the insurance card, loan information and then get my butt down to the bottom of the driveway and wait to be picked up. We live over 50 miles away and didn't get to the dealership until almost 8:00 pm. (They close at 8). That didn't matter, Emily greeted us, took my partner (who left me behind to fill out the paperwork) for a test drive in a new 2017 Mazda 3. The difference between the two cars you ask? All the bells and whistles a girl could want. Heated seats and steering wheel, leather interior, sunroof. 2.5 ltr engine, rain sense wipers, electronic emergency brake....well you get the picture. Emily was great during this all, as was Dave and the others. By 11:00 pm, we were almost ready to drive out with the new car. ( they begged us for the trade in and we went for it.) after all who REALLY needs four vehicles? We couldn't have asked for better people to work with, I mean these people stayed dang near 4 hours past closing to get this deal done. It was a fabulous experience, with helpful, pleasant folks, and the best part? They laughed at our jokes. It was all good, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone interested in buying a Mazda. PS I am SO glad the bug is ummmmmm errrrr aaaaa dead. More

They reached out to me every other week or so with possibilities and worked with me as I honed in on a final decision. Once I chose my car, it just so happened they'd sold their last model. So they found one at another lot and got me a deal that I was very pleased with. My experience with thes dealership over several months seemed to be compatible to a good waiter, never bothering you when you have a mouthful of food but knowing when you need your drinks refilled. They checked in and followed through with all they promised me and I never felt harassed during our communications leading up to my purchase. More
