I'm happy to report that one year later, I'm even more positive about the experience than I was at the time of purchase. Manny and Carmen worked together to provide me with a sound vehicle at a fair price. Their friendliness and helpfulness didn't end the day of purchase (as is so often the case), but they remain ever-available, even a year later, to respond to any question or need. The entire Mazda team, from sales to service, are courteous, highly professional, kind, competent, and helpful. Each is ready to assist , even to the smallest detail. For example, when my key remote was slow, I stopped at the parts dept. to ask about it. The attendant looked it over, and installed a new battery, on-the-spot, free of charge. That's good service! I've been especially pleased with any phone interaction--real people, speaking directly to me, taking care of business efficiently, and in a pleasant manner. They set the bar for customer service at car dealerships I live a couple hours away from the dealership. They were able to negotiate a deal all over the phone and respected that I would have to make a drive I live a couple hours away from the dealership. Something ended up happening to the car and it got a small crack in the bumper. They paid for a completely new bumper and honored the deal we made prior to the bumper cracking. They gave me a great deal, gave me an awesome loaner car while I was waiting for my new car, and they even drove it to my work a couple hours away to swap the cars so I didn't have to make another trip to the dealership. Everyone was so nice the entire time, Manny was very personable, and Mazda made buying the car a piece of cake. These guys set the bar when it comes to customer service, and I never expected such a wonderful experience purchasing a car. I would recommend these guys and without a question would buy another car here! More
