The downside: I confirmed two things before driving from Salem for my last service appointment: appointment time, and, no charge for the work, as confirmed with the Service Manager. The Service Manager checked me in once there, but could not find record of the appointment and did not recall our conversation a few days earlier related to no charge. The upside: the work done was excellent and despite the mix up, they took care of me. More
