I purchased a used car with cash, found out the dealership bought the car without a clear title, I was lied to by the manager and put off time and time again, it will be six months before I see pla dealership bought the car without a clear title, I was lied to by the manager and put off time and time again, it will be six months before I see plates and longer for the title.
