I got an official Mazda roof rack and rails put on my car. Once the parts were in stock they called me right away to schedule installation. They apologized for the installation taking longer than expecte car. Once the parts were in stock they called me right away to schedule installation. It seemed as quick as when I come in for an oil change, etc. That's probably in part because they have a comfortable place to wait while they're doing the work. More
