Took car in for its 45,000 service. Tech found that our tires were getting close to needing to be replaced, so he refused to do the wheel alignment and balancing, figuring it would be a waste of money, sin tires were getting close to needing to be replaced, so he refused to do the wheel alignment and balancing, figuring it would be a waste of money, since we were going to replace the tires within a couple of months. Saved us $140. Very thoughtful and honest. It's why I've never had our CX-5 serviced anywhere else. More

Happy with my car so far. Purchasing process wasn’t as smooth as I’d expected—they need more seamless communication between staff working with the same customer. I showed up to test drive a car I had text smooth as I’d expected—they need more seamless communication between staff working with the same customer. I showed up to test drive a car I had texted staff I was on my way. When I arrived, I was unexpectedly passed off to another staff member who had no idea what I was wanting and the car I wanted actually wasn’t there for me to test drive. I would be careful with Tom who does the financing part—he spoke fast and tried to tell me he was offering the “same” monthly rate with servicing when in actuality it was $7,600 more. Sales staff are friendly and down to earth, and I understand they were doing their best. And Jonathon, the manager, took my feedback. But I would work with just 1 person going forward from start to finish. More
