The deal took close to 4 hours. Beware of Jonathan Hale. He will underbid your trade-in by thousands of dollars. The service department is lacking to say the least. Researched new cars and found over twelve new Mazda 6 carbon edition(s) for sale. Gladstone sales people don't know what the word "Ethics" means. Check out BBB if you don't believe me. Bob Greig was an excellent Sales Associate and I highly recommend everyone to utilize him for their car buying needs! He was incredibly patient, well spoken, and spent a lot of time with me. He wanted to make sure I understood what I was purchasing and every aspect of the buying process. His follow through was top-notch and I felt like I had a lot of attention and support. Naolly occasionally helped as well and I found her to be very nice. I previously attempted to buy a Mazda CX5 from dealerships closer to my home in Beaverton, but Hillsboro didn't have much time for me and Beaverton sold the model right under me a day before my appointment! I'm glad I went to Gladstone because they 1) valued me 2) had time to discuss the value of the car and 3) practiced fantastic customer service. More
