Our car buying experience at Mazda of Gladstone and with Erin Perez was one of our more pleasant car buying experiences. Judy absolutely hates buying any vehicle – mostly because of past experience with pu Erin Perez was one of our more pleasant car buying experiences. Judy absolutely hates buying any vehicle – mostly because of past experience with pushy sales people. Michael usually narrows the field down to serious contenders before Judy will even agree to go look at a vehicle or test drive it. We were referred to Erin as a result of the Costco auto sales program. She listened to what we wanted, showed us the vehicle we were interested in buying, and arranged for a test drive – with absolutely no pressure or expectations. The dealership was honest with us in regards to our possible trade in and we got a better price selling it directly to a car buying service rather than trading the vehicle. After we purchased the car, Erin spent considerable time going over the car features, helping us program our phones for Android Auto, answering questions, Over the past 50 years, we have owned about 14 different vehicles and dealt with a number of dealerships. This dealership and Erin rate high on our list for a pleasant car buying experience. More
