Bought a 2021 CX-9. Erin was salesperson and was personal and professional and did not push for a sale. She was always reachable by phone and made sure we were happy with our purchase. My son's two week old 2021 Mazda3 was crushed by an oak tree in last weeks ice storm. Total loss with less than 400 miles on it. Two days later, with a huge smile on his face, my son drove an identical 3 off the lot at Mazda of Happyrock! Erin, Sou and Daniel all three understood how devastated my sons loss of his first brand new car was to him. I believe that it was sincere empathy that drove them to use every angle available to them to come up with a more than fair deal that lessened the blow to my son.
