I accessorized my Mazda CX-5 with a full roof rack and expected to be there for 90 minutes. I was so surprised when they informed me after 52 minutes that they were done. I always love getting my car wash certificate, too. Love this dealership. Lynn Sanchez, my sales person always stops by and checks in with me when she sees that I'm in the building. Consistent Service; People Listen The service was just a routine oil change and tire rotation. But, I had several things I wanted them to look at, in addition to the normal stuff. All of it was handled with professional care and in an expedient manner. I even got a discount, because the tires did not need rotating. The only flaw...they forgot the sticker in the windshield to remind me when to come back for the next service. I went back the next day and got the sticker, plus also got them to pair my phone to the car--something which I had been unable to do successfully, despite repeated efforts. That was a nice, free add-on. More

Kenny, in the service department is probably by far her favorite person to see. He shows her so much attention, as if I’ve made his day by bringing her in. She gets treats from him and a lot of love. I could go to a location for service that’s much closer to home, but I choose to continue going to Mazda of Gladstone because the people I deal with when I need to go are so great. More
