I like the Service Department at Mazda of Gladstone a lot. Easy to schedule online, easy check-in upon arrival, and very prompt service. This is my fifth year taking my car there for service. The work I needed came in under the estimate, and took half the time expected. Although the waiting area is a bit noisy, I just bring earbuds, which neutralize the noise so I can read while I wait. I appreciate that they give coupons for a car wash with every service. More
