I only went to the dealer because other mechanics couldn’t get the parts they thought they needed. The dealer did a software update they thought would help. It didn’t. I had to complain before I drov couldn’t get the parts they thought they needed. The dealer did a software update they thought would help. It didn’t. I had to complain before I drove away. This time they just took the navigation card out—problem solved! 3 hours later! Faulty navigation cards are a known issue. Dealers are crooks working for themselves not the customer. More

Once you purchase your car and you have issues, they really don’t care because they got the sale purchase brand new car had issues no compassion no empathy. One sales manager reached out to me and he said the issue that I had twice had nothing to do with the main issue which wasn’t true but one general manager/owner reached out to me as far as sitting at the table when I purchased a car of how he wanted 10 and nine wasn’t good enough, but now I have my issue haven’t heard from him ever since walked past me twice in the dealership like I was invisible.
