I recently purchased my first Mazda from Mazda of Milford, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Keily was an outstanding salesperson. My father and I were just looking around the lo Milford, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. Keily was an outstanding salesperson. My father and I were just looking around the lot when she approached us. She was attentive, friendly, and never pushy or trying to upsell. I told her my budget and what I was looking for, and she worked within that. Jayla, the finance manager, was also fantastic, making the financing easy to understand and handling everything professionally. A few days after purchasing my certified pre-owned Mazda with only 14,000 miles, I noticed the car was shaking on the highway. I was understandably disappointed and frustrated and brought it back. They inspected it and said it needed new front rotors. This is where Mazda of Milford really earned my respect. Rich, the general manager, took ownership of the situation. They acknowledged the issue, replaced the rotors at no cost, and made sure the car was repaired properly. Many dealerships could have handled it differently, but they chose to do the right thing and stand behind their vehicle. While I wish the issue had been caught earlier, how they responded really exceeded my expectations. I’d absolutely recommend Mazda of Milford. They genuinely care about their customers, stand behind their vehicles, and made me feel valued throughout the entire process.
