There was an issue beginning 1 month after leasing a brand new cx-5, that was brought up at the first oil change. The car would randomly shut off and the engine would have to be restarted each time. I was met with resistance and doubt regarding this issue from the onset. I was told no problem was found when they inspected the car. The issue kept occurring and when I called about it again and asked to have it checked out, I again was met with hesitation and total disregard for the issue, being told if they “can’t replicate the issue” then how would they be able to diagnosis the problem. I brought it in and thanks to Bill, who did a thorough inspection of the engine, found the issue that was causing my car to stall and shut off intermittently. This issue should have been caught the first time I brought it in, 1 month after starting my lease. I was told that there is no way to prove the issue was present when I began my lease when in reality it most likely was. I now have a bill that I have to pay for an issue on a leased car that was likely present when I began the lease. I received condescending attitudes throughout the process and disbelief that the issue was in fact a real issue. I would proceed with caution when dealing with the service department as this probably could have been fixed from the onset if they had just believed their customer. More

Quick - Knew what I wanted and they got it done. Had 2 cars I needed to get out of in order to save me money and the deal was too good to pass up. On top - Knew what I wanted and they got it done. After submitting a request we were contacted almost immediately from our sales rep at Mazda of Milford, Bit Smitty. We live about 45 minutes away, but the staff accommodated our schedule and made it very easy to do business with them, meeting with us in the evening to close the deal. We thought the staff we dealt with was very professional and helpful. This car appears to be popular and they were able to obtain the car with the features we wanted, which was not possible at other dealerships we contacted. I would recommend this dealership for a Mazda purchase. More

The general sales manager, Richard Jackson, salesman, "Big Smitty" and finance manager, Crystal Carrano that I met with were very friendly, honest and professional. They were great listener's, very straight forward and were very helpful with my car buying experience. I would recommend any car buyers interested in buying a Mazda or Volvo to make this dealership your first stop. More

The service department is just as nice. The manager has come out to my vehicle several times to help me understand certain features and has always been helpful without making me feel that I'm foolish. The two services I've had here have been top notch and very professional...the entire staff at this dealership is top notch! More
