Mazda of Milford provides with the best service, reliable and i know that they are not just trying to take my money. I brought my car with a flat tire. Another tire shop told me I had to get the tire replace and i know that they are not just trying to take my money. I brought my car with a flat tire. Another tire shop told me I had to get the tire replaced, a second tire shop told me I had to replace all four tires due to uneven threads and all wheel drive. I brought my car to Mazda. They patched the tire and gave me a list of things they found on inspection that should be taken care of. I also love the videos they send explaining what is wrong with my car. Awesome dealership. Went in for an oil change tire rotation, front and rear differential service. The loaner was ready I was in and out in about 10 minutes. The technician sent me a video of everything underneath the car showing me what he was doing and what the car would need in the future the best part was they didn’t try to upsell me. Anything that I didn’t need haven’t been in the parts and service industry of the automobile business for years. I found a very refreshing that they were honest straightforward, and their prices are very comparable plus I like having the dealership working on my car instead of the shop down the street I recommend this dealership to everybody for sales and service because I also bought my 2022 CX five there and that was also a great experience.
