They are not pushy, insulting, orcondescending. I'm not a "car" person, but I am an intelligent human being and don't need to be talked down to when I'm looking at a car. I worked with Joe Hayes and he was great. Honest, friendly, respectful, and not at all pushy. My email exchanges prior to coming into the dealership were honored (not true at another Chicagoland Mazda dealership) and at no point did I feel pressured for something I didn't want. I highly recommend working with Joe/CJ Wilson Mazda for purchasing a new car. More
