Very RUDE Spoke with the salesperson Chet, he don't call you back, you have to call he constantly. I spoke to him at 12:36pm I was approved with $2000 down. He said I approved you for the wrong vehicle and when it was resubmitted your now denied. Called and spoke with the manager Kris - he is RUDE as well and don't want to take care of business. I am VERY unhappy with this dealership. More

We financed at the dealership, or way less than our bank, no fees no slick talk no up selling. We were in and out of the dealership with our new car and loan with a full tank of gas in less than an hour and a half. I work in the automotive aftermarket as a parts distributor and have seen my share of car lots. I wish everyone's buying experience at every dealership were this easy. My only regret is that they are 2 1/2 hours from my home and I will not be able to use them for all my service and parts needs. If I ever am looking for another new Mazda Lou will get the first call. This was my first experience with a Mazda dealership and I was quite impressed. Sandra made me feel at home and emphasized that she would always be available to answer any questions that I might have. The Mazda 3 has all of the features that I was looking for in a smaller car along with very good gas mileage compared with the Honda Accord which I had owned for the past eight years. Needless to say I purchased the Mazda 3 and feel that I made a very good investment. I would not hesitate to recommend Sandra Tydd to anyone looking to purchase a car. More
