Took the time to go over every aspect of the vehicle and followed up with us multiple times asking how the car was and followed up immediately with questions we had with the car, accessories we wanted to add and just offered her time for any post-purchase questions we might have. And they had free coffee & donuts! Bonus! Puts me at ease in future dealings with them knowing that they want the best for me and will do their best to accomodate as best they can in meeting my needs. More
Very RUDE Spoke with the salesperson Chet, he don't call you back, you have to call he constantly. I spoke to him at 12:36pm I was approved with $2000 down. Okay no I would like to negotiate the price, Chet didn't seem like he wanted to negotiate. So he said he would speak to the finance manager and let me know. I called Chet back around 3:00. He said I approved you for the wrong vehicle and when it was resubmitted your now denied. Called and spoke with the manager Kris - he is RUDE as well and don't want to take care of business. I am VERY unhappy with this dealership. More

My Mom is handicapped and I was not sure if she could physically negotiate getting in& out of the Cx5. So Sandy drove me to her place and we tried it out and it worked.Sandy literally went the extra mile to give me peace of mind before finalizing my purchase. The rest of the personnel were professional and helpful. I recommend this dealership highly. More
Worst car buying experience of my life. I was lied to about 1. The value of my trade( compared value to auction price, don't fall for that one) 2. Interest rate quoted .9 ( if credit rating was good mine over 800)actually 2.49 5. At dealership for almost 5 hours. Price was very good and I liked the mazda vehicle but I drove 4 hours to be treated with total disrespect. By the way first time I ever bought a car from a dealership and was sent home with a quarter tank of gas. Be wary. They lure you with price and then stick you with other fees. More

We financed at the dealership, or way less than our bank, no fees no slick talk no up selling. We were in and out of the dealership with our new car and loan with a full tank of gas in less than an hour and a half. I work in the automotive aftermarket as a parts distributor and have seen my share of car lots. I wish everyone's buying experience at every dealership were this easy. My only regret is that they are 2 1/2 hours from my home and I will not be able to use them for all my service and parts needs. If I ever am looking for another new Mazda Lou will get the first call. This was my first experience with a Mazda dealership and I was quite impressed. Sandra made me feel at home and emphasized that she would always be available to answer any questions that I might have. The Mazda 3 has all of the features that I was looking for in a smaller car along with very good gas mileage compared with the Honda Accord which I had owned for the past eight years. Needless to say I purchased the Mazda 3 and feel that I made a very good investment. I would not hesitate to recommend Sandra Tydd to anyone looking to purchase a car. More
