Beyond the Call I went in for the first oil change for my 2016 Mazda 3. Because mileage was 2700, I put off the 5000 mileage service until my next visit. No arguments I went in for the first oil change for my 2016 Mazda 3. Because mileage was 2700, I put off the 5000 mileage service until my next visit. No arguments for the service rep. What I did need was an analysis of my fin antenna as I was experiencing spotty satellite reception. They ran a thorough diagnostic and even attempted to upgrade the XM Radio software. They learned no upgrade was yet available. The appointment took a little extra time because they took the extra time to investigate. Kudos. More
