I’ll admit, my stipulations were pretty tough to meet, but instead of brushing me off or pressuring me, he put in the effort to make it work. The sales manager, Jesus, checked in throughout the process. He stepped in and set realistic expectations while also finding a reasonable compromise that worked for me, which I really appreciated. When it came time for financing, Matt, explained everything clearly and worked hard to find the best deal possible. The whole process, which I usually dread, ended up being smooth and stress-free. What stood out most was everyone’s sincerity. I never felt rushed, pressured, or like just another customer. They earned my trust, and a return customer. Thank you. More

This was the single worst experience I've had at a dealership, ever! Let's start with the employees. Ben. GM. Inept. Mark. He's sneaky and not equipped to communicate what is actually being added or eliminated from a contract. Andrew. Sales. Very nice but failure to communicate and ineptitude don't qualify you in this job. Bought a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I new the issues and ask them to have Service make sure there where no others. Came back and said car was good. 3 month later. $8000 worth of work had to be done. My bad for trusting them. How did those issues get by the mechanic? So we agreed to trade back Jeep and look for another car. 8 1/2 hrs later, put $3000 down and into another car. What I didn't realize is they never took the trade in. But that was never communicated to me that day. Thus the horrible journey for 9 days I went through with the above employees. Everyone ran for the hills and wanted nothing to do with me. Got my Jeep back and the $3000. Buyer beware at this dealership!!! • More
