My experience dealing with Mark Korakes at Mazda of Palm Beach was incredibly frustrating. He tried to pass off a 55,000-mile car as “no different” from a 37,000-mile car, as if mileage somehow doesn’t affe Beach was incredibly frustrating. When I pushed back, he doubled down — which makes me wonder: if there’s truly “no difference,” would he be willing to sell me a brand-new car for the same price? Somehow I doubt it. The whole interaction felt like a bait-and-switch attempt, and the dismissive attitude toward something as fundamental as mileage says a lot about the way business is done here. I left with zero trust in their transparency. More

If I could give this dealership zero stars- I would. Don’t trust them. They are sneaky! My salesman his boss and I agreed on a deal. That deal included the extended warranty. I was there maybe eight hours for this purchase from beginning to end. By the time I got back to the finance guy— I trusted them, much to my mistake! I signed and didn’t read because I thought the deal was done. When I got my first statement from the bank— the loan amount was for much more than we had agreed on. I called the bank thinking that maybe they were just tacking on the interest over the length of the loan. That wasn’t the case. The dealership didn’t add in the warranty as part of the deal and instead charged me for it. I called the dealership. No one called me back. I messaged my salesman. No reply. So I went into the dealership to discuss this with them and they are like “oh well” “nothing we can do”. Do yourself a favor and always never trust- read everything—- but more importantly, go somewhere else for your car. Sleazy people and way of doing business at Mazda of Palm Beach! 👎🏻👎🏻 More
