Misleading low priced Autotrader ads get your contact information, then the hidden fees begin to jack the cars up to the middle to high KBB fair market value. Also, prepare your self for the random follow up program by other salespeople who have no idea about your deal or what happened with it. Offered $500 less than their offered price, salesman said yes lets do paperwork, then "big boss" and was told they would not take $1 off. I won't blame the sales guy, because I think he did his best but will hold the management responsible. Poor follow up and took days to completely fail the negotiation. I figured the least they deserved was an accurate review on dealer rater. I would question the good reviews from this dealership as potential fakes, this dealership sucks. More
