Great first car buying experience I found a 2018 Mazda CX-5 that was very competitively priced online and after calling Jay I decided to make the over 2 and half hour drive down to Maz I found a 2018 Mazda CX-5 that was very competitively priced online and after calling Jay I decided to make the over 2 and half hour drive down to Mazda of Palm Beach to check it out. I was afraid that the price was too good to be true and on arrival they would tell me another price. However, that was not the case. The price was what I expected and furthermore they were transparent when it came to the other fees and charges. Every employee that I dealt with was very nice and made the whole car buying experience an overall great one. From the first call I had with Jay he made sure I was comfortable and all my questions were answered. He didn't hover over us as we were looking at the vehicles nor did we feel like he was being pushy. I would recommend Jay to anybody who is looking for a car as he is very knowledgable and personable. Overall I had a great car buying experience at Mazda of Palm Beach thanks to Jay and also George in the financing office. More
