They Kept Their Word! We were searching for a hard to find Trim of the CX5 at a reasonable price in FL. While a few other dealerships said they had it or could obtain it an We were searching for a hard to find Trim of the CX5 at a reasonable price in FL. While a few other dealerships said they had it or could obtain it and didn't, JD of Palm Beach Mazda took the inquiry, did the research, and came back with the exact Trim we wanted in quick time. He kept the communication strong and sent us videos and pictures to verify, and was very thoughtful of our time and pricing. Once the vehicle was located, he took care of the paperwork and us very quickly, and we appreciated that, even storing it away safely from an approaching storm. He was very transparent of the pricing and kept his word on the pricing agreed upon throughout the process. Mazdas are great vehicles, and we will keep buying and making referrals if they keep making them practical, reasonably priced, beautifully designed, and enduring in quality with strong attention to details.
