The entire staff was so friendly and accommodating, but I have to say the service I received from both Candice Hamilton and Ray Gomez was over the top fantastic. Candice got me in and out, with a loaner, so quick and efficiantly I was able to make it back to work in time for my shift that I was certian I would be late to. Ray was so great to work with over the few days my Mazda was with him. He fixed and did everything I requested with a smile. They were both just so sweet, what an experience! Good job Mazda Palm Beach, two thumbs up! More

Unlike some other places, they are not pushy about recommended services, which I’ve been to this dealer several times with different service advisors. Unlike some other places, they are not pushy about recommended services, which I greatly appreciate it. The customer service is warm and good and I enjoy bringing my car here. They’ve even recently added a quick car wash and vacuum as part of bringing your car in, which saves me some extra time in my life (great bonus). Also, the lounge is comfortable with snacks, WiFi, and a selection of coffee. More
