Very negotiable with trading in my 2010 Honda Civic. Able to work a deal within my price range with some add ones, too. I highly recommend Michael Goluth. Very easy going and understandable. He was able to help me easily schedule for getting my window tinted. I love my Mazda 3 Grand Touring. Candice help me with my window tint service. I am not 100% sure if it was Tevin, whom did my tinting, but the windows look amazing and helps keep my interior cool with darken leather seats. More

Friendly and Patient dealership! I had an excellent experience with Tevin at Mazda of Palm Beach. He and his manager Dan were kind enough to bring a car to my house because we have a I had an excellent experience with Tevin at Mazda of Palm Beach. He and his manager Dan were kind enough to bring a car to my house because we have a newborn and bringing my wife to the dealership with the baby wasn’t an option. He was happy to let us drive the car without being pushy at our home, was friendly and kind. He waiting a day to follow up, always kind and helpful. I shopped around, but he was never demanding or insulting like other dealers. There was no question that I was going to buy from Tevin after he helped secure me a great price as well. Would recommend to anyone! More

If there was a better than 5 star review, I'd give it here. Roman Gomez, the Service Manager went over and above to provide me customer care. Not only did I get my routine service on my car, they were on time, Roman Gomez, the Service Manager went over and above to provide me customer care. Not only did I get my routine service on my car, they were on time, they explained every detail and provided extra information about my car that I wasn't aware of. Purchased Certified Pre-Owned I purchased a 2016 Mazda CX-5 Certified pre-owned vehicle. I worked with JD who was straight forward and pleasant to deal with. The Carfax they showed I purchased a 2016 Mazda CX-5 Certified pre-owned vehicle. I worked with JD who was straight forward and pleasant to deal with. The Carfax they showed me showed no prior accidents which is need to be certified pre-owned. We found the vehicle had been a rear end accident prior to us buying the vehicle and we have had problems with the rear hatch closing. The was also a chip in the windshield that was missed on their certified inspection and when I called I left a message about the issue follow-up was promised but no one ever called back. More

Amazing from sale to service!! I had a 2016 Mazda CX3 but spotted a 2017 Flex on the used car lot. Stopped to look at it and drove away in just a couple hours. After the sale, there were a couple of items that needed looked at. They went above and beyond for my satisfaction. Love the car but not the service I found the car online it had almost 16 k miles, and when mentioned no price was dropped, excuses were made, also there was 1000 dealer fee, and was g I found the car online it had almost 16 k miles, and when mentioned no price was dropped, excuses were made, also there was 1000 dealer fee, and was given a car with almost an empty tank, came back for a 36000 warranty check was told i would need to spend over $1,000 to replace tires when I was told the care was ready to be sold in great condition a month before, I brought my car to my dealer and my tires were perfectly fine. I was never told I needed to use my old license plate and drove around with the temporary for months almost resulting in a ticket. I reached out to maintenance regarding a question I had and never received a return phone call. More
