They tell me it's fixed and then I leave and it shuts off while I'm driving on the highway going 60 miles an hour They were very good with giving me loaners with no deposite because I can not afford it, then all of a sudden when john Bryant leaves who was incredibly helpful they can't do a thing for me I'm stuck with a broken car because I can't afford a loaner and they consistently tell me one thing An then go back on it I was in there today An the manager greg and chris were actually raising there voices yelling at me, very in professional one star is way to good to be giving them, super unprofessional I would only reccomend this place if you like being ripped off, lied to, yelled at, waiting several hours to be ripped off yelled at etc. 10 thumbs down More

worst car buying experience of my life Drove 4 hours each way to see a car. Agreed to the car and price and tried to put a deposit down to hold it. Never tried up-selling me, and nobody's tried to sell me a car while waiting for service. Nice waiting area, didn't give me a hard time about my pit bull with me. But- when I was getting recall work done, they kept telling me, "not much longer..." for four hours. Today, just an oil change and tire rotation. I've been here for THREE HOURS. With an appointment. They told me the car was "in wash" thirty minutes ago. The most expensive oil change I've ever had. More

Bad experience Two months ago trade in my 2008 Acura TSX for a 2010 Lexus IS250. In my first attempt to start the engine It couldn't start and the salesman had to bu Two months ago trade in my 2008 Acura TSX for a 2010 Lexus IS250. In my first attempt to start the engine It couldn't start and the salesman had to busted the battery, after we took it for a test ride (and it was awesome), At the moment of delivering I said to the sales person "let's doublecheck the battery" so we went to the shop and one of the tech's tested the battery and the results was that the battery was not charging and it needed to be replace, so I requested a new battery, according to the sales person the manager said NO, "What can of business is this." so they charged it and told me to return the next day Saturday if I was having battery problems. On Saturday morning I was the 1st customer at the service depart, and I requested my new battery. According the sales person his manager said NO. The salesman he made arrangements to buy a new battery at his expense and install it in my car. Good one! Three day after that my car couldn't start again. I call the salesman and he texted me that he was off and that I should call the dealer. After calling several times and trying to get a Sales Manager the receptionist told me that the manager said that I brought the car like that. "Wow..". I went to Autozone, they tested the battery and it was not charging, "Hum,,," I got a new battery and after two weeks no problem. WHAT CAN A SAY... Never again...! V. Rosa More
