Recently I had an issue with my vehicle while coming in to work. I headed straight to the dealer to see if they could assist. They were able to take me right in and get the issue resolved in about 1 hour to work. I headed straight to the dealer to see if they could assist. They were able to take me right in and get the issue resolved in about 1 hour, so I was able to get in to work without a significant delay. Previously I have visited this dealer and for basic maintenance as well as warranty/recall work. Each time they have taken care of the situation, and even provided a loaner vehicle when they were not able to complete the work within a day. In that situation, they thought they would be able to complete the work, and told me to expect to have my vehicle at the end of the day. When they realized they could rush and possibly get my car to me, or they could not rush and be sure that they did the work properly, they called to set me up in a loaner car so I could get home that evening and back the next day. They did the work and I appreciate their efforts to get it done right the first time, even if it took a little longer. More
I own two Hondas, but bring my vehicles to Mazda of Roswell because of Corey McAtee. He's always clear, fair and makes sure I understand what's going on with my car. As often as he can, he offers me service options that can save me a little money, but is always clear about the difference in those options and how they could impact future performance of my vehicle. A lot of my friends think I'm crazy for taking my car to a dealer for service, but it makes all the sense in the world when you KNOW you can trust them and you know they aren't going to take advantage of you. About two months ago I took my wife's car to another service center (had a coupon...) and they told me I needed new break pads and that they could do it right away. Of course I was skeptical, but I got a quote. We were planning on taking a trip a few weeks later, so we took the car to Corey right away to let him look it over. He showed me that the car did NOT need new pads immediately and explained that we'd be fine to make our trip and take care of the new pads at the next service. Sure, it only delayed the pads about 5,000 miles, but if you add that up over years of driving, that's big bucks! This dealership, and Corey in particular, really understand the idea of customer service and how important it is to repeat business. When the quality of my car is in question, I'm taking it to Corey. And I'm pretty sure my next car is going to be a Mazda! I'm not sure what kind of trouble they have to go to in order to provide such great service, but Corey and the rest of the team make it seem like it's really easy and just second nature. More
I actually live in NY. I drove from NY to GA and had a little trouble during my drive down. I brought my car into Mazda of Roswell and they looked over my car and determined that I had numerous problems little trouble during my drive down. I brought my car into Mazda of Roswell and they looked over my car and determined that I had numerous problems. I was on vacation, they saw the situation I was in and provided me with a loaner car. They showed me all the problems and showed me the parts in question and provided me with detailed information on how they were going to take care of my car. I am home in NY now and my Mazda is running well. What makes this service special is that I am not going to become a repeat customer and yet they saw the situation I was in and took excellent care of my vehicle knowing full well that I would not be coming back. I only wish that my dealership in NY took the time to provide me with the care that I received at Mazda of Roswell. After the service I received, I no longer feel that I am getting the service at my dealership. Mazda of Roswell is by far the best dealership/service I have ever encountered. I only wish I could be a repeat customer. They exhibit a high level of professionalism, quality and service mechanics who know what they are doing. Thanks again Jonathan and Corey!! More

From the most basic questions to serious issues he is always positive and willing to spend time explaining the issues and possible solutions. He will even take extra time just to explain features on the car that were not explained at purchase. His attitude is always positive and reassuring. Making the not so pleasurable aspect of car service much more pleasant. I can't imagine going any where else for service no matter what car I drive. I just leased my second Mazda here mainly due to the great service department. More
I just leased a car from Keith Thomas. He was so low key and not at all pushy. He took so much time with me exploring options and helping me look for the car I wanted and for ways to work with my budget as and not at all pushy. I purchased my new car from Keith and he was very helpful, understanding my needs and situation. He was innovative in coming up with possibilities that fit my finances and desires. After purchasing the car Aaron was very helpful in understanding and figuring out technical solutions to how I wanted to use the Bluetooth and Bluetooth audio. Searching online I could not figure out how to do what I wanted, but a couple of emails with Aaron brought a solution that greatly pleased me. I am very thankful for the time both Keith and Aaron spent with me. I highly recommended them and the dealership. More
