Jonathan, the General Manager, works with integrity and kindness and took the time to listen and was extremely fair on my purchase of my 2026 Mazda CX90. Adam, the finance manager, also was so easy to talk to and expressed his interest in giving a great customer service experience. Sofia, in finance, she’s a gem and was able to meet our needs with extended warranties and working with our out of area credit union. Yes, we traveled out of the area to purchase our new vehicle and I’m so glad that we ended up at Mazda of Salem! I absolutely recommend them to everyone!! Don’t buy a car anywhere else. I’ve serviced my Mazda here for years and haven’t had any issues. When I was looking at upgrading, they had a decent selection of new vehicles but not very many used. That’s probably just a nationwide issue, issues. When I was looking at upgrading, they had a decent selection of new vehicles but not very many used.
