The hgh rating for this dealership is real I've been to many car dealerships in the past but my experience with Mazda of Valley Stream was by far the most ideal. I called to make an appointment I've been to many car dealerships in the past but my experience with Mazda of Valley Stream was by far the most ideal. I called to make an appointment to see a car. Mohamad took the call and set the day. Me and my wife arrived at the dealership and after the normal greetings, we were shown the car right away. They didn't ask for any other personal info (like other dealerships do) before showing me the car that i wanted. The car shown to me was the exact same car in the listing - I made sure by writing down the VIN and doing my own research first before going there. Mohamad and his sales manager, Wayne Rice made sure that we knew the car thoroughly first before starting with the sales process. It was only after we were sure that we like the car that they started to get our personal info to get the sales process going, and we felt very comfortable with that. Tommy took care of the financing part and it was a breeze because he knows how to navigate financing for different credit situations. Me and my wife both agree that this was the best car buying experience we had so far. The high rating this dealership is getting from most car dealership review sites is real. I know because I experienced it too. More

By asking multiple times for pictures of a car, was one thing, but to honor one specific price with (Kevin) and then completely different price with (Wayne) was completely unprofessional. I know that there are plenty of other dealerships that will fulfill my need of buying a car and definitely will make it much easier than you guys. Either the dealership is a scam ,or they only care about themselves ,instead of customers. I will make sure that my word is spread out. The whole experience was ridiculous. More
