The manager and finance department were great to work with during this purchase. I did not have a way to bring the car home as my son is not licensed yet. We had an amazing experience at Mazda of Wesley Chapel! We were shown a few cars that were in our budget and what we wanted so it was honestly a hard choice to choose (yes, with all of the car shortages an We were shown a few cars that were in our budget and what we wanted so it was honestly a hard choice to choose (yes, with all of the car shortages and issues now with cars we had a hard time choosing). But Larry was excellent and knowledgeable about the cars. And Charlie took the time to show us all of the features and technology that our new CX9 had to offer. He went through the ENTIRE car and showed us how to work everything and he synced my phone up to the car. I have never had a car with this many features so he made sure I was able to work everything. We went to two dealerships prior to Mazda and did not have the customer service as we did at Mazda. I am so glad we went there and would recommend Mazda of Wesley Chapel to anyone who is looking for a car. More
