However, at the time of contract signing I was charged $500 for an oil change service I clearly stated I did not want. I have been to the dealership 3 times to discuss this, have sent multiple emails to the Finance Department and the General Manager and still have not received a credit to my account for the $500 charge. I have brought this to the attention of my sales person Larry Stemle, the Finance Staff Bradley Wernsing and Amanda Oetker, the Sales Manager (Rob) and the General Sales Manager Shawn Habibi. On my last visit to the dealership in early August, General Manager Shawn Habibi promised me he would issue a credit of $500 to my account. He has not answered my emails or calls and no credit has been processed as of today. More

I keep cars 10/15 years 200k+, do a ton of research before purchase. I also research the dealers. Westshore Mazda in Tampa was the down the block. No bait and switch like other Mazda dealers near Tampa. CHARLIE is a gentlemen and a well informed salesmen. He listened to my needs, not the typical salesmen. The CX is a class leader. Nissan Rogue dreaded CVT tranny (blows up around 70K) Rav 4 9speed tranny -always searching for correct gear (I have Highlander same problem) CX5 transmission perfect, and the dive is incredible. The Cx5 was the right choice for my daughter, and Charlie the best salesmen. If you are near or far Wesley Chapel Mazda is worth the drive. Thank you Charlie David M More
