I arrived at 7 pm and left at 9 pm with the car I wanted. Charlie was the most thorough sales rep I have dealt with in years and I am 59 years old. so that is a lot of years. Never the less it shows that I knew more about this car when I left and it was the shortest amount of time I spent at any dealership to walk out of there feeling comfortable with the deal with them.
