Unfortunately my husband suffered a serious ankle/leg injury and after two surgeries I decided we needed a bigger vehicle to drive back home. Metz was extremely helpful, honest,and compassionate. He gave me a fair trade-in price, a good price on a new vehicle with a low finance rate. He even let us use a loaner vehicle to pick up my husband to sign papers. The guy is amazing. No pressure Metz Honestly I hate dealing with car salesmen/women. But from the minute my Mom and I stepped onto the Mazda Dealership we had a pleasant experience. The gentleman called Metz answered our questions and didn’t appear salesy or pressuring. Some background. My dad has a severe injury to his leg that made his Mazda Miata no longer practical. Mom and dad were interested in the Mazda csx5. So we moved up their search because there was no way dad could get home with a broken leg in a Miata. Metz was informational and listened to all of our safety concerns. We were looking st used and guess what he made it more practical to buy new. We got all the safety features at an amazing price. And when dad needed to come sign the docs this financial department and Metz went above and beyond. Made it possible for dad to appear only the last 15 minutes to sign docs. Honestly they were so sweet and accommodating to our situation. I would highly recommend Metz and the Financial Managers for this Mazda dealership. I plan on buying from them soon as does my sister due to this amazing experience. I advise you to ask for Metz. You cannot ask for a nicer person to help you decide on your next investment. More

The time I almost got a 124 spider So I go this dealership looking for a Miata and within seconds of stepping in Charlie greeted me and my friend, which is fantastic since we went to tw So I go this dealership looking for a Miata and within seconds of stepping in Charlie greeted me and my friend, which is fantastic since we went to two others before hand and the service was atrocious. I tell him what I was looking for and he told me he had something better, and boy was it, it was a brand new 2018 Fiat 124 spider. IT. WAS. BEAUTIFUL. I was obviously ecstatic. We went for a drive, I fell in love, and although I wanted to test some other vehicles I knew I wanted her. So we finally give him a call to let him know we're coming back and this is where things got tricky. The original ball park was well under what the actual price of the vehicle because it was a special model. That being said, Charlie went well out of his way to try and make it work for me. He got the managers involved and everything. Sadly, with insurance and everything the price just wasn't right, but he still wanted to help me out. So we go out to the lot to look for something I might like, found a brand Mazda 3, not as sporty and but far more practical and I purchased it. These guys went well out of their way for me and I appreciate it. Definitely coming recommending you guys. More
