I purchased a dealer loaner G80 that I was told carried a full new car warranty. 3 months later I am still fighting to get the Connected Services coverage updated to the sale date of the car and not when the dealership placed it in service. Calls & Texts to my sales rep (Ron Lively) go unanswered. 2 calls into the Sale Manager who promised to have it corrected the same day have also been without success. If you choose to purchase a Genesis from this dealer, be sure to get everything correct and up to date before you drive off the lot. More

Purchase of 2019 FR Miata Linda and I had met Charlie Epting on a previous visit and ended up not buying at that time as we were getting ready to leave for our home in Lake Tah Linda and I had met Charlie Epting on a previous visit and ended up not buying at that time as we were getting ready to leave for our home in Lake Tahoe. Charlie kept in touch with us on various Miata offers and once again we were off to Tahoe. This time upon our return we called up Charlie and told him we were ready to buy a Miata. After some negotiation we struck a deal and went in the next day to pick up the car. Even though Charlie was off that day he came in to sell us the car.
