I planned on traveling several hours away to make a purchase. Erika pulled the keys to the vehicle to hold it for us. Karim pulled my credit and sent it to four lenders. I understand that it is first come first serve in the auto business but why continue the buying process with one customer when it is already in progress with another. It is very frustrating and bad business practice when a customer is expecting a call back regarding the vehicle in a time sensitive manner and never receives a call back. More
