This Is the fourth car I've bought from Mazda at Wesley Chapel. Charlie has always been my salesman and I have always appreciated all he does to help me. Terrible responsiveness. Bought a vehicle that then required service in less than 30 days due to a check-engine error. Every time I call, they say no one is available and they will call back, but after 5 calls to them over 2 days, I still have not received a call back. More
