Last week (21 May 26) my chevy trax was serviced at this dealership due to the chrome button on my gear shifter getting stuck. It was fixed but incurred damages to my gear shifter. I have been going to this dealership for 13 years and don't want to sever the relationship created. I'm still waiting for the service director to fix the problem and will update the ratings once the problem is resolved. EDIT: I would like to thank Bob and Mark for ordering the damaged parts for my car. I'm truly grateful that this business is living up to its high standards of owning accountability. I will continue doing business with this dealership because they have proven time and time that they take care of their customers and that is something that you rarely see when it comes to honest dealerships. Mark has always taken good care of all his customers like me and makes it a point to include my military discount for being a veteran. I would also like to give a shout out to Ray who, ever since I saw him start working at this dealership, has always kept this dealership spotless, keeps the popcorn and coffee stacked for customers, and keep the restrooms in pristine order and smelling refreshed.
