Super nice people, Tim also super nice. Disappointed since I drove 2 hours to get there which they knew. Before heading there texted Tim (sales) price I seen day before and understood. He confirmed it was even lower than what I texted. I get to Mazzei price was 4k more. Guess misread my clear in-writing text. Then I find out only 1 key - used van I'm told is "as is" sorry. Tim gave me tips on how to get a key fob. key etc. which turns out was incorrect does not work for 23 Ford Transit. Only choice was to go a dealership and have one made costing me $535. (Capitol Ford) My whole reason for driving 2 hours was price and service. I purchased at Mazzei before and was extremely impressed and happy. Turns out this time was no different than a local dealership. More

The vehicle I purchased here was at a good price and good condition except for paint discoloration on the front bumper and passenger side door handle ( they have sense fixed it). The reason for my rating is because the girl who help us didn’t tell us of a bunch of add ons that I had NOT agreed too and was added to the price of the SUV , the financial manager was able to remove 2 out of the 4 add ons. To me that is not being transparent or honest about something like trying to steel your money. More

Dropped off my truck for an overpriced oil change only because I needed a warranty item looked at and it was convenient to kill two birds with one stone. I had an appointment for 1pm and intake took forev because I needed a warranty item looked at and it was convenient to kill two birds with one stone. I had an appointment for 1pm and intake took forever. I never received a phone call back stating the truck was ready for pickup that day. I had to call at 5pm to see if my truck was done and had to cancel plans. When I talked to service I was told the truck was done but they could not repeat the warranty issue so nothing was fixed. I was told they were closing in 30 min and in order to get my truck back that night I had to be there before 5:30pm. That was not doable as I was 40 mins away. When I went to pick up my truck the next morning it took almost 40 more minutes as I had to wait in a long line and they lost my paperwork. I had to go back and forth between service and the cashier counter to fix their mistake. Once I finally got my keys after waiting in their long line since only one service guy was there I began to leave the lot and immediately noticed the warranty issue was still present. The un organization, lack of staffing and crappy service earns them a one star. More
