It’s all about the relationship I needed to find new transportation for my mom. I knew what I wanted and what I didn’t want in purchasing a new car. I got what I wanted. I reached out to the dealership and was connected to Heath. Because I travel and not always available for phone calls or visits to the lot, Heath was able to manage the entire process with only one phone call and a visit to the dealership. It’s important for you to know, I didn’t need to buy a car. I wasn’t in a rush. When I first spoke to Heath, the car I wanted wasn’t available. He was tenacious about reaching out. Some might find this annoying. But he was professional, polite and always led with good intentions to stay in touch until I got what I wanted. He delivered! On every level. The focus was on my needs, not what he wanted me to buy. Once I was at the dealership, Heath was training a new salesperson and handled every milestone perfectly. I see why he is training other salespeople and they would do well to follow his lead. As for finance, that was not the best experience. I dislike being led through a sales pitch when I already expressed my disinterest. While I knew I would get the extended warranty, the lack of adjustment by the finance person to fit the situation is disappointing. His response when I shared I didn’t want to go through all of this was “I have to, it’s required” and he put his head down and started st the countertop while he recited his “pitch”. No eye contact! You are selling me, not the countertop, which made it lore excruciating. Overall, this was the smallest part of the process and I would return to the dealership and Heath. More
