Robert Robinsons is the place to go for your new or used car buying needs. This was the best car buying experience I’ve had in a long time and they made it so easy. Terrence was great and Jordan was able to get the deal where I needed it to be. Highly recommend!

Very friendly and attentive dealership. They took the time answering all of our questions, and even went to great lengths, finding us the perfect vehicle. They answered our phone calls and text messages promptly, once even after hours. We couldn’t have been more pleased.

I bought my new 2026 Buick Encore GX in Olathe KS but - Crystal Person

I bought my new 2026 Buick Encore GX in Olathe KS but work in Independence MO. I looked up both dealerships to get my oil changed and Independence was able to get me in the next day. This was my first time getting anything done on my Encore and Brian Cypert was so nice and informative. I will definitely be coming here for all my service needs. Brian got me in and out and sent me all the information and video on my service, that was pretty cool to see! Thank you so much!

Yacento was wonderful from start to finish and even - Liz Jones

Yacento was wonderful from start to finish and even afterwards. He answered all our questions, which there were many, since we were out of state buyers. He was patient, very knowledgeable and professional. The entire transaction was seamless and we are truly grateful. Enjoying our 2027 Grand Sport X here in Idaho where I think we are the first in the state to have one. Thanks Yacento and Trevor for all your hard work and all the extras! It is so appreciated.

There is no way these other reviews are correct. - MarissaMoody

There is no way these other reviews are correct. We bought a 2011 Chevy equinox, the condition of this vehicle was not disclosed to the dealership when they took ownership of it. It was problem after problem. We owned it for 2 months. It spent a majority of that time in the shop with them at Van Chevrolet. Derek, the manager was able to get us out of that loan and into a 2025 Chevy trailblazer. The customer service at this dealership is above any we have ever experienced. I do not believe that rating should be able to be made if the customer was simply not able to qualify for the vehicles. Because the customer service at this dealership they go above and beyond.

WOW! This dealership is unlike the many others I have... - Ashleyporter1008

WOW! This dealership is unlike the many others I have had to go to after my car was stolen. I CANNOT BELIEVE how kind, helpful, honest, they were here. They made sure the car I was buying used was perfect, and they worked as a team after I called first thing in morning to buy it. We had test driven it the night before with salesman Matt and then woke up and called saying we wanted to buy it but my car salesman was off. Matt was very nice and NOT pushy. After he knew we weren't going to buy that night he still continued to chat with us and give great advice on car buying in general. The sales manager Bruce assured me they worked as a team and that Matt would get commission for it-- the sales manager and finance manager Tyler were beyond assuring during a high anxiety time. Tyler took care of a scratch in the plastic and the chip in the windshield for free, and you cannot tell either were there. Sitting through an hour of paperwork signing would've sucked and most finance managers are jerks but Tyler was kind and very knowledgeable about finance and cars in general. Side note They do not haggle but if you have been car shopping most places don't any more. They believe in coming forth with their best price and then the financier shops for the best loan for you. If you tell them your monthly goal they will make sure you meet that. They really made the car buying experience friendly and hometown feeling. It totally didn't suck at all. They even delivered my car to me since I would not have a ride to go get it. I will be checking there first for our next car. If you're tired of the big dealerships where you're just a number, this is the place to start.

This is the 2nd vehicle that we have bought here in a 2 - kyryan69

This is the 2nd vehicle that we have bought here in a 2 week period. Leon Hernandez is the best! We value his knowledge and also Kevin from management. They both answered our questions as they are both very knowledgeable about the vehicles that they sell.

Just purchased a used Equinox from Hendrick Chevrolet, - Alex F

Just purchased a used Equinox from Hendrick Chevrolet, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! The vehicle was in like-new condition, inside and out, and I felt like I got an amazing deal for the quality and value. Everything about the Equinox exceeded my expectations, and the buying process was smooth, easy, and stress-free. The team at Hendrick Chevrolet made the entire experience comfortable and straightforward without any unnecessary pressure. They were helpful, professional, and made sure I felt confident in my purchase. If you’re looking for a quality used vehicle that feels practically new, I highly recommend checking out Hendrick Chevrolet. I’m extremely happy with my Equinox and the value I received!

⭐ 1 Star Extremely disappointing experience. - jsbreske0710

⭐ 1 Star Extremely disappointing experience. We heard a noticeable noise during the test drive and specifically questioned it before purchasing the Malibu. Will told us that service said the noise was caused by the used tires and that it would be gone once the new tires were installed. We were pushed to sign the paperwork before the new tires were even put on, but we trusted his word that the problem had been identified and would be taken care of. That was not what happened. After getting the car, the noise was still there. I contacted Will and was told a manager would call me. The manager never called. I was eventually told to bring the car back in, and when I asked whether I would receive a loaner, I was told to bring another vehicle instead. The inspection was even more frustrating. It showed a front-end alignment was needed, even though I had been told the alignment was completed when I bought the car. It also identified a rear suspension issue related to the noise we originally complained about—not the tires as we had been told before signing. Then I was told the brake rotors and pads would need attention soon, despite being told when I purchased the vehicle that it had received new brakes. This isn’t simply a case of buying a used vehicle and later discovering normal wear. We identified the noise BEFORE purchasing the car, asked about it, and relied on the explanation we were given when deciding to go through with the purchase. Between the conflicting information about the tires, alignment and brakes, the unresolved noise, and the manager never returning my call, I have completely lost confidence in this dealership. I would not purchase another vehicle here. If you do, get every promise, repair, and statement about the condition of the vehicle in writing BEFORE you sign anything.

Bought my Enclave in 2018. - Denise

Bought my Enclave in 2018. I love it. Brian was so helpful and sweet. I plan on returning for my next vehicle. The whole staff was great to work with and I have been referring my friends for the past 5 years. You all rock!

Best place to purchase a vehicle. - Sparky

Best place to purchase a vehicle. They helped me thru the whole process and made it easy!

While I haven't had experience with purchases, but I can - Erik

While I haven't had experience with purchases, but I can vouch for top notch service in the service department. My daughter goes to school in Leavenworth while we live 90 miles away. On several occasions may daughter has had issues with her car and Mark in the service department has taken care of her. It's nice to have a dealer you can trust. Overall I would highly recommend Henry Marten's Chevrolet for any service work. I can't vouch for the purchase process.

Always honest friendly and very helpful! - Granny

Horrible sales practices - David B.

Contacted this dealership for obvious reasons but mostly because I have bad credit. Ricky got in touch with me. Every time he said he was working on something for me he wouldn’t get back to me until a week or more later. I’ve worked in car sales and I know they are slammed with customers at times but not so much that they can’t get back with a customer. He finally told me out of the blue that he was working on something for me. I live an hour and a half away so I told him that I wanted to get most of the deal done before I make the drive and I want to know what vehicle he is working on. He didn’t answer my question and I haven’t heard from him at all. Stay clear of this dealership.
