Great Service, Great Overall Experience w/McCarthy Hyundai I absolutely recommend this dealership!!! My first Hyundai Accent was purchased in Kansas, but because Blue Springs was closer, I decided to start ge I absolutely recommend this dealership!!! My first Hyundai Accent was purchased in Kansas, but because Blue Springs was closer, I decided to start getting my oil changes here. The Service staff is always so friendly and accommodating. Huge shout out to Rene Crowder, who while I was waiting for an oil change struck up a conversation about upgrade options. Long story short, I left that day with a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport...WOW! Not only was Rene very personable, she understood what my needs were and was very knowledgeable about all things Hyundai. I had driven a friend's Hyundai Santa Fe Sport and thought it was way out of my price range, so it was always a pie in the sky dream. Rene took the time to get me in an SUV, run some numbers to see how far off I may be, and account for the trade-in of my Accent (which btw got an average of 44 mpg on my trip out East). Never did I feel pressured to buy the Santa Fe Sport, it was more of an experience to see if I really liked it and whether it was a fit or not. Well after the numbers were run, my payments would only be $50 more per month for a Santa Fe Sport vs. my entry level Hyundai Accent! AND THANK YOU to the Finance staff who helped make this happen! OK just to wrap it up....I highly recommend McCarthy Hyundai Blue Springs for all your auto needs! One last item, I was cruising along about 45-50 mph, looked down and saw that I was getting 34.8 mpg in my new Santa Fe Sport! (pics to prove it! lol) More

Dylan, Jason, Rodney, and Keenon were eager to make the deal and Caleb did his thing in financing. When we came back for the plates, the dealership was closed. However, Rodney was still there and--much to my embarrassment--my husband approached him after hours. He was very pleasant and more than willing to go back in to help us out, so that we didn't have to make another trip. I feel like each person we worked with really cared. More

Great staff very friendly I was contacted by DJ prior to my visit to the dealership. The car I had been waiting to see had just come in. She asked that I meet with Rodney the I was contacted by DJ prior to my visit to the dealership. The car I had been waiting to see had just come in. She asked that I meet with Rodney the next day as she was not going to be there. Later after working with Rodney and deciding on a vehicle. The sales manager went to work to find the car I wanted. A few days later they had my car and I finished the deal with DJ at that time. The finance manager then went over possible details of how to purchase the vehicel and I was very satisfied with the whole process. More
