I brought my car in without an appointment, due to a flat tire and needing a fender liner replacement. They worked me in on a very busy day. Put a new tire on and ordered a new fender liner. Because it was a holiday I called and left a message. I received a message hey would call me the next day. I discovered the old fender liner had been put in the trunk and was flying around causing the thump I was hearing. Raymond Rodgers was the service man that took care of the car. I was EXTREMELY happy when McCarthy informed me that they received my car part for my seat. Finally, I could see the light at the end of the tunnel. My big toe could be free from all the strain it went throu received my car part for my seat. Finally, I could see the light at the end of the tunnel. My big toe could be free from all the strain it went through to reach the tip of the gas pedal and the brake. Being a typical girl not knowing a single thing about cars, I failed to ask the service worker how long it would take to replace the part to my seat PRIOR to attending my appointment. I showed up without a backup plan because I figured it would take maybe an hour to fix. Instead, they told me it would take three to four hours to fix. Instead of having me wait there the entire time because I did not have family or friends available to pick me up, they had a worker drive me all the way back to my house from the dealership. I was very pleased with the hospitality of the staff and working with my needs. I highly recommend McCarthy Hyundai in Blue Springs!! Thank you!
