NEVER AGAIN!!! I have never done business with a more disrespectful business. I am a loyal customer to the McCarthy Nissan Dealership, bought multiple cars there. I figured that since I am always amazed at Nissan's customer service, every McCarthy dealership must be the same. NOT! The moment my daughter and I stepped into McCarthy Hyundai on a Saturday afternoon, all we heard was excuses of being shorthanded. No one could help us, no one could go for a test drive with us, no one went outside to show us even where the used inventory was. We drove by ourselves, mind you, there were two people sitting at desks in the lobby at this time. The next week on Wednesday, my daughter decided to buy the car despite the bad customer service. She loved the car. We waited 45 minutes to do paperwork at 7pm with maybe one other couple in the dealership. Frustrated!!!! I got a call today to come pick up the title and the check for her sales tax, only to drive all the way from Brookside to Olathe to be told IIIIIII would have to call TTHHEEEMMMM tomorrow to find out why THEY didn't write the check! Where has customer service gone? Really? I have to call for YOUR mistake? I'm still waiting to wake up from this nightmare! I love McCarthy Nissan...Chevy and Hyundai...never again! Bad Business!
