Recently purchased a 2025 jeep Wagoneer and everyone was wonderful to work with. They listened to us and did all that they could to make sure we were happy. We will definitely be back! Cant seem to find McCarthy Jeep on this website but I'm sure they are all the same. First time leaving a review (wish they had zero stars), but McCarthy really outdid themselves, so I thought I should warn sure they are all the same. First time leaving a review (wish they had zero stars), but McCarthy really outdid themselves, so I thought I should warn others. My first experience was at their body shop over the summer. They had our truck for over 2 months for hail damage and we had to return 3 additional times to fix items they broke while they had it. Good thing I took photos of the original interior condition, as they tried to deny it all. I decided to give them a second chance at the Jeep dealer for service since we own 3 Chrysler vehicles and it's convenient to stay in Lee's Summit. The service department under the old Lee's Summit Dodge/Jeep was poor (probably why they got bought out by McCarthy), but these guys really take the cake. I had my vehicle in multiple times with different service advisors for a simple window repair. Mind you, I had to ask them daily for updates the whole time. After having it for 2 separate occasions totaling 7 days, turns out they didn't even order the part 😁 After telling me literally the day before to bring vehicle back in, didn't even touch that day and then next day that the vehicle would be done by noon. I showed up at 5pm and the part was never ordered. Again, no call from them the whole time to even tell us this. They wanted me to come back... again and would order the now "backordered" part, mind you again its not on backorder as I already checked OEM. They would now cover labor but they quoted me $200 over entire original quote. Guess they needed to cover labor so they said part cost was much more then original price. Hmmmm. Guess they forgot we already ran price of just the part costs. Worst of all of this, while "discussing" this with the advisor, the service manager was apparently too busy to come out and get involved—he just stared through the window. The lack of customer service and inability to appropriately deal with situations nowadays by some people and businesses is unexplainable. I won't even get into further details, but just wanted to share my experience so you all can make up your own mind whether to buy or have anything serviced by McCarthy group. More
Took Jeep in with 1/4” cupping on LF tire and handbrake not working. Dealership charged $200 to diagnose that tires needed rotating and shoes needed replacing on handbrake. We noticed the rear wheel had ne not working. Dealership charged $200 to diagnose that tires needed rotating and shoes needed replacing on handbrake. We noticed the rear wheel had never been pulled so checked the handbrake shoes and they were in new condition. Adjusted the brake and it was fine. Looked at the LF shock and there was no resistance in the travel of the shock. Pulled the shock and it was bad. Replaced front shocks and Jeep drives fine now. Also someone hit the rear bumper and scraped off the paint while it was in their parking lot. I was sent a text asking me to contact Dillon the service manager if I had any complaints. I did this twice and never got a response. Not happy that I paid $200 for a wrong diagnosis and damage to my jeep. More

He will tell you they aren't able to buy out other companies leases (like every other dealer) when they absolutely can, just don't want to. Sat in line for an hour at the bank due to the app being down to get him documents, he said he sent them, he never did. Total waste of my time and nothing but problems. Do not waste your time here. Go anywhere else. 🙏 More
This place is a complete rip off. Went to have diagnostic on 2016 Ram 1500 and have a tick sound checked. They found it was a lifter and said I needed a new engine. Price was 7500 for the engine and 5000 for labor = 12500 dollars to have a remanned engine put in. The dealership said they would give me 200 dollars to buy it or 200 dollars in a trade in on a garage kept vehicle. No rust anywhere. I will not be back. I called my mechanic and he said would put in the engine for 2500 and we could get a remanned engine for 4500. Do not recommend this dealership. After the change in ownership, this place it is not the place to buy anything. Not to mention when I picked up the truck, my bug guard was broken and the fire blanket on my hood was ripped. After research a "used" hood for this truck goes for 200 dollars. These people think we are stupid as consumers. More
