Purchase of a 2017 Ram 1500 Adrienne and the internet manger (Quincy) were great. Adrienne took as much time as I wanted to answer as many questions as I had. Daryl in finance Adrienne and the internet manger (Quincy) were great. Adrienne took as much time as I wanted to answer as many questions as I had. Daryl in finance was good as well. He gave me the pitch on the extended warranties but fairly low pressure compared with most finance managers I have dealt with at other dealers. He did an excellent job of explaining all of the 5 or so options for extending warranties but I never felt like he was forcing me to decide on something that was not right for me. I am not sure why each step of the process took sooo long, since I came to the dealership knowing what I wanted and we agreed on a very fair price very quickly. The fact that it took at least twice as long (4 hours) as I thought it should was frustrating. I will say Adrienne did a good job of making sure I was comfortable during the delays. Overall it was as pleasant an experience as any I have had for a vehicle purchase. More
Service Advisor Dustin Love the smile and attitude. Gave me the feeling that your dealership valued my business. $1100 error I took my Dodge Challenger to the service department because the windshield wipers were on constantly and could only be turned off by removing the fus I took my Dodge Challenger to the service department because the windshield wipers were on constantly and could only be turned off by removing the fuse. I was quoted in excess of $1100 for repairs. I was told the windshield wiper motor had shorted out and back fed into the Total Integrated Power Module (TIPM), shorting it out also. I elected not to make the repairs because this explanation for the problem seemed questionable. When I picked up the car, I asked the service writer why, if the wiper motor shorted out, was it still working? I was told he didn't know, and would have to ask the technician. He told me he would call the next day with an answer. I never heard from him. I did my own research and learned that replacing the TIPM and wiper motor is very easy, so I set out to buy the parts. There were only four TIPMs available for my car in the entire United States, located at dealers in New York, Florida and California. None of them would sell me the part. I then purchased a used TIPM and wiper motor from a salvage yard and installed them in the car. Windshield wipers were still on constantly. I am now thankful the dealers did not sell me the TIPM because I would have spent nearly $500 for a part that was not the issue. I then replaced the multi-function switch on the steering column and the problem was solved. The switch was my first suspect but I initially placed my trust in this dealership. I complained to the service department and they did refund me the diagnostic fee I was charged. They would not reimburse me for the needless parts I bought, nor would they take responsibility for the misdiagnosis. I later received a customer satisfaction survey letter. I recently called the dealer representative whose name was on the letter and told her the story. She said she would check with the manager to see if there was any additional assistance for me. I have yet to hear from her. I am thankful I did not authorize the repairs because I suspect they would not have owned up the misdiagnosis and I would have been charged extra to also replace the multi-function switch. More

Loving my new Jeep I already knew what I wanted so Quincy and I only had to work out the details. My visit to Lees Summit and purchasing my new vehicle was easy and pain I already knew what I wanted so Quincy and I only had to work out the details. My visit to Lees Summit and purchasing my new vehicle was easy and painless. I was worried that driving so far from home there would be a problem and our agreement (discussed totally by text and email) would fall through. Fully the opposite. They were prepared. They solved all the questions and I drove away a very happy customer. More
Backtracked on initial deal I came into your dealership a few weeks back for the first time. I initially found the used 2011 Dodge Ram on Cars.com. It didn't have any pictures si I came into your dealership a few weeks back for the first time. I initially found the used 2011 Dodge Ram on Cars.com. It didn't have any pictures since it was fairly new. I contacted Quincey to get some pics texted to me. I didn't receive anything for a couple days and called and spoke with a salesman. I can't remember his name but he did sent me some pics pretty quickly of the vehicle and I agreed to come and test drive. Prior to coming out I had already planned to buy a different truck from another dealer but it didn't work out because they could not repair what they promised. In the mean time I had already sold my other truck. The truck I ended up buying from you was a better truck in the end, it's just the buying process I had a problem with. It was advertised around $15,650 I believe. After the test drive and vehicle check, car fax I was confident in buying the vehicle. The salesman asked what I wanted to pay for the truck and I told him and Quincey I would pay $14,500 with $2500 down. Quincey talked to someone in finance and returned to tell me and the salesman they would do the $14,500 plus $199 admin fee. I agreed and the deal went to finance. When the salesman returned he had a print off that said the salesprice was $15,000 plus admin and $2500 down. He acted like he didn't hear Quincey tell us on the first price of $14,500 and he said he could not find Quincey to confirm. I just think it's another example of sales people or financing trying to squeeze every dime they can out of your customers. I was in need of a vehicle and didn't want $500 to break a deal so I just signed the paper since my wife and three kids were with me. Know I no $500 is not a lot of money to a dealership but it is to a one income family. It just seemed like a shady deal from finance, not to mention a percentage rate of 5.8% interest when I have a credit score of 803. If you truly wanted to treat the customer right it should have been the originally agreed price and not switching it on the customer. I don't plan on using your dealership in the future mostly because I live out in Olathe. The rest of the experience was fine and Daryl in Finance was nice and not pushy. I am more than happy to talk with anyone who wants more information. Micah Jensen More
