Great to work with I worked with Lance at the dealership and he was great throughout the process. He knew where I needed to be and what I was trying to do and worked wi I worked with Lance at the dealership and he was great throughout the process. He knew where I needed to be and what I was trying to do and worked with me to get me the best price and payment. I would recommend going and seeing him for sure. Lies!!!! The beginning process started out very well with Quincy, who was working to get us into a new Dodge Ram truck. I got a call Friday night stating that The beginning process started out very well with Quincy, who was working to get us into a new Dodge Ram truck. I got a call Friday night stating that he was able to get an approval with a payment in our range etc. My husband and I headed up there Friday night. All was well until we met with the finance manager. He had added in all kinds of extra warranties into the vehicle. I told him I didn't want any warranties and he brushed me off. Then when he called us into his office to sign papers, I saw the warranties on the purchase order. I told him right then and there that I didn't want the warranties. He told me that I was REQUIRED to purchase them or else we couldn't get the loan. I questioned it again and he said we had to purchase them b/c that is how he presented it to the bank. He also told me that with the purchase of the new Dodge, we would also be receiving 20 free oil changes. On my way home, after reading a great deal of information and doing some research on the internet, I realized that he was a complete liar!!! You are not required at all to purchase extra warranties. He added in over $3300 worth of extra warranty items that I did not want and repeatedly told him we didn't want. I did say I was fine with the GAAP coverage but none of the others. Also, the free oil changes were a complete lie. He had me finance those also!!! The finance manager is a complete liar and tries to trick people in to purchasing things that they do not want to and make it clear to him. I will be writing to news stations and everyone else that I can to make them aware of the unethical practices of this dealership. Because I guarantee I was not the first person he did this to and others probably actually believed him and didn't do further research. I have never been so disgusted and angry in my life when purchasing a vehicle. More

Very happy I found this dealership I have purchased numerous vehicles in the past 20 years. Most of them, 9 total, I purchased from Landmark Dodge on Noland Road. I have never had an I have purchased numerous vehicles in the past 20 years. Most of them, 9 total, I purchased from Landmark Dodge on Noland Road. I have never had an easier buying experience than I did on my FIRST purchase from Lee's Summit Ram. They were fair in negotiations and there were no hard sell tactics or pressure from the sales staff. If what they told me is true, that they value repeat customers, I will definitely be a permanent customer to this dealership. Landmark told me on my last purchase that "the price is the listed price and we can't do any better" when I mentioned my repeat business. When I saw that I would receive no better price than a first-time buyer to the dealership, and my repeat business meant nothing more than that, I decided I had purchased my last vehicle from that dealership. I hope Theo and Chris were telling me the truth; I guess I'll find out in a couple years when I am ready for a new truck. More
