In and out I had no problems getting my ram serviced. Theres alot of negative reviews on here. Im guessing some people think they deserve special treatment. Ive been a customer here for over a year now and never had a problem. With sales or service. Jesse was my service on a few of my visits and never had any issues with him. The only thing i would change is waiting in 2 lines before they open at 7:30 is you might be 3rd in line but you may end up 10th in line by the time youre checked in. More

worst service ever. Have not had a positive experience since buying this car. Scheduling service sucks..drop off or appointments make no difference. Never called with updayes or whether car was done...found out parts had to be ordered when picking up car..had to get a rental..45 minutes of life I don.t get back. Never so much as an apology. Recent Visit - 7/7/16 My biggest complaint abut this or any other dealer is the wait time for simple service items. I scheduled an appt. online and arrived on time for that appointment. Oil change, tire rotation (not re-balance) and also learned of an update needed for PCM. Arrived at 9:45 and checked in shortly thereafter. After several hours of frustration, I went to cashier to see if the truck was finished (12:13 pm). According to the ticket, my Repair order was opened at 9:48 am, and Booked at 11:16 am. So, with almost 1 HOUR between booking and me wandering by, WHY WASN'T I NOTIFIED OVER THE P/A THAT THE TRUCK WAS DONE AT OR NEAR 11:16????? Yes the ticked was marked as a "waiter" and I heard others being paged as the morning progressed. Your labor costs pretty close to $100.00/hour, what's my wasted time worth??????? Richard W. Unimpressed I have never had a good experience with their service department. This time was terrible customer service for an oil change. An appointment was reque I have never had a good experience with their service department. This time was terrible customer service for an oil change. An appointment was requested so we wouldn't have to wait. (Yes I know service people that I don't have to make an appointment, but I choose to, so please respect my request and don't treat me so condescendingly.) Although I was told the appointment was noted, they didn't even bother to enter it in the system, which my husband found out when he arrived for the appointment. Fortunately it was early on a rainy day. The service guy Gene never even bothered to note that someone other than the name in their system brought in the vehicle, so when it was finally done he was calling out the wrong name. This ended up being a very frustrating experience for my husband. More

Friendly, Knowledgable work I really trust the people at Lee's Summit Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep to service my 2005 Jeep Liberty. They are very nice and always accommodating. The other Jeep dealerships that offer service anywhere close to my house are rude and refuse service often. LSDCJ is average size, but is booked for weeks in advance for an oil change. It took two weeks of calling before I could get the service department to answer the phone. They were already booked two weeks out for oil changes. More
