Service Department is per the Director of Service "Excellent Being in IT for over 30 years at CIO level, I come from a customer service mindset and having the ability to provide quality work to my customers and Being in IT for over 30 years at CIO level, I come from a customer service mindset and having the ability to provide quality work to my customers and always thinking proactively and asking "What If" and "Why" to solve problems - this is what needs to be done on a daily basis. It is getting hard to want to buy a another vehicle or recommend to any of my friends and/or family to buy a vehicle from your organization based on your service department (This is based on my two service visits - One of the visits shouldn't have been needed if the service department would have done their jobs in the first place). I have a 2016 Jeep Wrangler -Troy Shaw and my sales rep Quincy Hill provided the quality service I'm looking for. This being said, your service department needs a major overhaul in what their definition of "Excellent" means - especially from your Service Director - Mr. Jones. If there are processes and procedures in place as he stated - then follow the process and procedures to provide the "Excellent" service he boast about and keep adding to them as new issues arise. Make sure your Service Advisors are thinking beyond the box and be more proactive for the customer. I felt from Mr.Jones, I was an inconvenience and just a number, he seemed to be very defensive when I questioned his process and procedures - all I got was excuses and he kept referring to his department as "Excellent", when it clearly isn't. I could go on, however, I believe, I have said enough. In closing, when I come back in for my next oil change / service, I hope to see an improvement in what your Service Director calls "Excellent". More

A Good Trip I was pleased with this maintenance trip. I did not have to rent the rental car an extra day which was a plus.....so far everything looks to be good. Treated me like family! I had an emergency while on vacation from North Carolina. The engine light was on, the oil pressure gauge was high, my fuel gauge was going down quick I had an emergency while on vacation from North Carolina. The engine light was on, the oil pressure gauge was high, my fuel gauge was going down quickly...something was wrong. They took me in, explained what was wrong, gave me a realistic estimate of the time it would take, fixed it, and got me back on the road in 2.5 hours.
