Awesome experience for the second vehicle purchase We worked with Jack Fleming in June of 2015 when we ordered my husbands 2015 Jeep Wrangler. Jack, Mike M., and the finance staff were awesome then an We worked with Jack Fleming in June of 2015 when we ordered my husbands 2015 Jeep Wrangler. Jack, Mike M., and the finance staff were awesome then and again this last week. Jack worked with my husband and I quite a few hours over 5 days. He stopped and made sure all questions were answered. He even went ahead and brought a vehicle over from the sister store to show us believing this was the vehicle for us. He was correct as we did purchase this vehicle. Everyone has been outstanding from the first "hello, how can we help you?" To the final goodbye in our new vehicle. We obviously feel that Lees Summit DCJ treats our family well as we now take 3 vehicles there for service having purchased 2 of the vehicles from this dealership. We will recommend this dealership to our friends for future purchases and service. More
No Name Dealer thought my Car needed to be moved I purchased several oil changes for my Nissan that I purchased at Lee Summit Dodge. My biggest complaint was when I saw that my car was done I was heading to the service desk when a dealer said to another what's with that Nissan they need to move it to the back so no one sees it. Extremely long wait times. Mechanic made a mistake. I've made appointments for my services. My service for an oil change and oil leak repair started at 8am. They didn't finish with the work until 1pm be I've made appointments for my services. My service for an oil change and oil leak repair started at 8am. They didn't finish with the work until 1pm because I pretty much told them I couldn't wait any longer. They didn't offer me am estimated wait time and didn't offer a shuttle service till my service was about completed. A couple days later my battery died, I tried to reach out to them about the coincidence of that since my battery should have had a longer life span, but they never returned my voicemail. My last service for a recalled part went smoothly until I tried to drive off the lot. A warning light came on and the mechanic had forgotten to reattach something. I've just grown more and more frustrated. The customer service is ok, but the personal conversations that the workers have are uncomfortable for your clients to hear. Pretty much complaining about their long days at work and how they can't wait to go home. I understand that, but I keep those feelings to myself when I'm at my own job. Its unprofessional. More

Purchased my 2015 Dodge Durango there and recently had it in for service for two days without them even doing anything with it- was a real inconvenience. They told me that they heard the noise I was concerned about, but couldn't fix it. Also- felt really disrespected that they kept calling my husband instead of me- even though I am the owner, scheduled the appointment and bring it in for service each time. More

What I don't understand is why they now have a Cashier agent who doesnt even look at you or speak to you when you come to pick up your vehicle. I've never had an issue paying in the service department before, and they are a lively bunch. Not only did the new cashier not look at me or my wife while we completed our transaction, she gave us the keys to another customer's vehicle. The staff also did not pull the car around after we paid for service - they left it in the back lot, then scrambled to find it once we realized we had the wrong keys. Maybe this was just a frantic Friday, but I have been coming here for years now, and if this continues I honestly can't suggest this dealership. More

The finance guy was on point too, did not push for the extra stuff and just did his job. 3000 dollars off the MSRP and my Active Duty discount great place to purchase a car. I would give them a million stars if possible. More
