Mike, Thank you for your apology and trying to work with me on this and past issues I have had. I do want to also state that my scheduled appt was at 930am and I waited until 1:30pm to call to see if I could get a status...even though I felt I should have been notified by then by your department. I was put on hold several times for almost 20 minutes as your associates were figuring out who to transfer me to. Come to find out that it was test driven and nobody heard anything. I had to get your attention before it was looked at again at almost 4:00pm. You were helpful and gave me your cell # and offered a rental car at that time that I declined. Your serviceman did find the noise and hooked everything up to diagnose more closely, but would not be done until the following day. I received a voicemail at approx 9:30am saying nothing was wrong and my car was ready to be picked up. When I arrived at 1pm to pick up my car, Missy did not acknowledge me until she absolutely had to and was not very pleasant. In addition, I had to wait another 10 minutes to have my car pulled up. It's not acceptable Mike.
